The Developer grants the Purchaser of the Standard Edition the following non-exclusive, non-transferable rights:
- Use for the Purchaser's own avatar setup

The Developer grants the Purchaser of the Commercial License Edition all rights of Section 3.1, plus:
- Paid sales of products containing avatars set up using the Tool
- Avatar setup work involving Monetary Exchange (personal commission work, paid requests, compensated work)
- Perpetual Update Guarantee: The Developer will perpetually provide version updates of the Tool free of charge (as long as the Developer continues to provide updates)
Determination Standard
- "If there is exchange of money or other economic consideration, it is commercial"
- Example: Receiving ¥3,000 compensation from a friend for setup → Commercial License Edition required
- Example: Completely free setup for a friend → Standard Edition is sufficient
- Example: Paid sale on BOOTH even at ¥100 → Commercial License Edition required
The Commercial License Edition is sold as a separate plan within the same BOOTH product page (https://ajisaiflow.booth.pm/items/8025925) as the Standard Edition. Please select your desired plan when purchasing from the product page.
3.3 Treatment of Output Data
- All rights to Output Data generated using the Tool (PhysBone settings, weight data, generated AnimatorController, etc.) belong to the Purchaser. The Developer claims no rights whatsoever to Output Data.
- Distribution and sale of avatars containing Output Data may be conducted in compliance with the obligations below (Section 3.5 Notification, Section 3.6 Credit Notation).
- Preset files (configuration data, .json, etc.) of the Tool may be distributed and sold.
- However, the Tool itself (DLL files, etc.) may not be distributed together with Output Data (see Section 4.1).
3.4 Status of End Users (Detachment Doctrine)
A third party (End User) who legitimately obtains an avatar set up using the Tool is not bound by these Terms. End Users are subject only to the terms of use between themselves and the creator who sold/distributed the avatar.
End Users may freely:
- Use, modify, and privately transfer the obtained avatar (within the scope permitted by the avatar creator's terms)
- Utilize all functions of the avatar without owning the Tool
However, if an End User obtains the Tool itself (DLL files), they may not use or retain such files in accordance with Section 4.1 (No Redistribution) of these Terms.
3.5 Notification Obligation for Sales/Distribution (Auto-Permission System)
When publishing avatars set up using the Tool in any of the following forms, prior permission is not required, but you must notify the contact in Section 16 (Discord or X DM) of the publication URL within 30 days of the start of publication.
Forms subject to notification

- Free distribution on BOOTH, etc. (Standard Edition is sufficient)
- Distribution on GitHub, Gumroad, personal websites, etc. (paid or free)
- Publication as VRChat PublicAvatar (Standard Edition is sufficient)
Forms not requiring notification
- One-on-one private transfer to an individual friend
- Delivery to a specific client in commission work (as it is not a sale)
If the Developer discovers a violation of these Terms, the Developer may revoke the license individually (Section 7).
